Drop off
Drop-Off Begins at 9:00 AM
Campers may be dropped off starting at 9:00 AM each day. Please arrive no earlier than 8:55 AM, as staff will not be available to supervise children before this time. When you arrive, be sure to check in with a staff member before leaving to ensure a smooth and safe start to your camper’s day. We’ll be ready to greet your camper and help them get settled for a fun-filled day ahead!

What to bring
Lunch, Snacks & Hydration
Each day, please send your child with a nutritious lunch and a refillable water bottle to help them stay energized and hydrated throughout all the fun activities. We’ll provide a light morning snack to keep everyone fueled for creativity and movement.
If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, be sure to let us know by emailing info@heartbeatstudiokc.com so we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for them.
What to wear
Campers should come dressed in comfortable clothes that allow them to move, dance, and create freely. We’ll be venturing outdoors at times throughout the day when the weather allows, so please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the forecast.
Our goal is to keep campers safe, comfy, and ready for fun!
Pickup
Camp ends promptly at 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all campers are picked up on time. Prompt pickup helps us ensure a smooth and safe transition at the end of the day.
Please check out with a staff member before leaving with your child so we can account for everyone’s safe departure.
Friday Finale
Join us for Finale Friday at 3:00 PM! Families are invited to experience a special art gallery and performance showcasing what campers have created and learned throughout the week.
It’s a joyful way to celebrate their hard work, creativity, and growth — we can’t wait to share it with you!
