This playful lab environment encourages curiosity, confidence, and imagination while introducing big ideas like combining, changing, and creating.

heARTbeat Summer Camps – FAQ
When does camp enrollment open?
Enrollment opens on February 2 at 12:00 PM. Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are the camp hours?
Most camps run Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with a family showcase at 3:00 PM on Friday.
Preschool camps are the exception and run as 3-day camps from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
What ages are camps for?
We offer camps for preschoolers through elementary-aged students, with age ranges listed on each individual camp description.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable $50 registration fee/deposit per student, per camp is required at the time of enrollment.
When is camp tuition due?
Full camp tuition is due two weeks prior to the start of each camp and will be automatically drafted from the card or account on file.
How much do summer camps cost?
5-Day Camps (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM): $300 per student, per camp with a $50 non refundable deposit due upon enrollment. The balance of $250 is due two weeks prior to camp.​
Preschool Camps (3 half-days, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM): $115 per student per camp with a $50 non refundable deposit due upon enrollment. The balance of $65 is due two weeks prior to camp.
What happens if a camp is full?
If a camp fills, a waitlist will be available. Should a spot open, families on the waitlist will be contacted by email. Enrollment for those spots will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are camps refundable?
Registration fees are non-refundable. Camp tuition policies, including withdrawals and credits, are outlined in our full studio policies.

Do camps include performances or showcases?
Yes! Most full-day camps conclude with a showcase at 3:00 PM on Friday so families can celebrate what campers have been working on. Preschool camps may include a more informal share time.
Do students need experience to attend?
No prior experience is required! Camps are designed to be fun, inclusive, and beginner-friendly, while still engaging returning students.
